The HTS Clinical software provides for Face Sheets, ICD9 Diagnosis coding, Physician Orders, Medication and Treatment Sheets with NDC medication coding; MDS 3.0 processing and submission; CAA Summary and CAA-driven Care Plans; Medicare PPS and Medicaid Case Mix Calculation; Quality Indicators (QI), Quality Assurance (QA), and HCFA Reporting.

The HTS MDS programs interface to the Resource Systems CareTracker™ touch screen software. Observations recorded through CareTracker are converted to MDS responses that automatically complete sections of the MDS.

The HTS Resident Billing software is used in both on-site and central office billing environments. The software supports Medicaid, Medicare A and B, commercial insurance, and private billing, as well as 1500 Billing in the HIPAA-compliant 837 format.

The HTS Therapy Time allows therapists to record therapy time immediately after a session with a patient. It interfaces with the HTS Resident Billing System to create charge records, and accesses HCPC-coded therapies in the Medicare B fee schedule. It also analyzes the time recorded for all MDS look-back days to recommend optimum start dates, and provides therapy minutes to Medicare A MDS records to automatically complete Section P1b Therapies.  

HTS provides an MDS Data Logic Checking program for facilities that maintain their residents' MDS records through the HTS MDS system and through other vendors' MDS software.
