- Review Minimum System Requirements
at the lower left.
- Choose your subscription period.
- Enter your
Facility's Name and
Federal
Provider number (MDS item AA6b). We require this number for your
software license. The program will logic-check MDS records that
have the same number entered at MDS AA6b.
- Click the PayPal payment button
to proceed
to processing over a secure network connection.
(PayPal
accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.)
- PayPal will send you an email
with details about the transaction.
- Hi-Tech Software will verify
payment
and mail a CD with the MDS Data Logic Checking software to the shipping address that you provide
to PayPal during payment processing.
